I started Red Hat Creative Services, an advertising, marketing and public relations firm specializing in strategic communications for large and small companies, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations, in 2004.  Since then, I have built a thriving business creating and executing innovative, results-driven communications for a diverse client list that includes the Jessamine County Fiscal Court, the Jessamine County Health Department, Republic Services, Destination Jessamine, the Rock Fence Concert Series, and more.

My education background includes a Master’s Degree in English and creative writing from the University of Kentucky and extensive corporate world experience in advertising and PR positions with Long John Silver’s and CHA Health.  When Long John Silver’s moved operations to Louisville, I declined an offer to move with them. Instead, I decided it was time to harness my passion for writing and design to form Red Hat Creative Services.  Since then, I consistently address my client’s targeted marketing and communications needs, combining my strong understanding of business goals and the creative writing skills to express them effectively for success.
